regularly backed up.
You can collaborate on documents in a shared workspace using
"SharePoint Services" which comes with Windows Small Business
Server.
You can have email directed to your own desktop using Outlook, and
even access your mail from any internet connected computer.
All your printers can be shared and if you use Fax, that can be
included on the server so that incoming faxes can be directed to your email
inbox.
